1. You confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in surfing activities. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you are responsible for consulting with a doctor before booking with us.
2. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate you with an alternative booking.
3. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during surfing activities. Please secure your valuables before entering the water.
4. By booking with us, you consent to being photographed or filmed during surfing activities for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in advance.
5. Refunds are not considered however you can reschedule with us 24 hours prior the booking time.
6. Smoking and pets are not allowed on the boat.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
-Any and all participants in the water activities (“Participant”), events, workshops, instruction, activities, competitions, programs, sessions and services of the surf club (the “Activities”) has/have to abide with the general terms and conditions set forth hereinafter (the “Terms”).
-The surf club and their respective partners, managers, members, employees, coaches, trainers, volunteers, personnel, participants, agents, sponsors, owners/operators of the facilities at which the Activities take place, and representatives (collectively the “Company and Co”) may refuse service to any Participant breaching or failing to comply with the following Terms:
Responsibility.
-The Participant agrees and undertakes to sign the Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Indemnity Agreement provided to each Participant prior to the Activities.
-The Company and Co may deny access to the Activities if a Participant fails to present the above-mentioned signed agreements.
-The Participant should be above 18 years old or must be accompanied by an adult (minimum age to be able to participate in any Activity is 6 years old).
Discipline and Inappropriate Behavior
-Participant must follow the staff members instructions at all times. Failure to comply with such instructions may result in immediate cancellation of the Session and further exclusion of the Participant from any and all Activities.
-In the case that a Participant’s behavior is deemed inappropriate, the Company reserves the right to exclude the Participant from any and all Activities at the latter’s own responsibility. Inappropriate behavior is defined as, but is not restricted to, damage to the Company and Co’s property,
-disruptive behavior, and any form of verbal or physical aggression towards staff members and personnel or other persons of the Company and Co including marina personnel.
-If the Participant is excluded from the Activities for the reasons mentioned above, the obligations of the Company and Co towards the Participant ceases to exist, and the Company and Co will be under no obligation to offer any kind of refund or compensation whatsoever.
-The Participant will be responsible for damages to the Company and Co's property. Should any of the above-mentioned behavior result in material damages, the Company and Co reserves the right to retain and claim from the Participant any amount to cover repairs and/or replacement.
Obligation
-The Participant must know how to swim on their own and must wear a life vest during the entire Session.
-The Participant will have to book minimum a session of 60 minutes (each the “Session”). The Participant is required to be on berth at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of each Session.
-Any delay in starting the session due to Participant will be deducted from the allotted time of the Session. Each Session will always finish on the assigned time.
-The Participant cannot claim any weather conditions to cancel or no-show to a booked Session. No refunds or compensation shall be given for cancelled or no-show Session under the pretext of a weather conditions.
-The Company will be operational in all weather conditions. However, the Company and Co may decide, at its own discretion, that the weather conditions require the suspension of the Activities. In such case, the Session will be cancelled and postponed to a later date. Participant will be provided with a voucher for the next Session.
Responsibility
-The Participant agrees and undertakes to sign the Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Indemnity Agreement provided to each Participant prior to the Activities.

Cancellation Policy and Refund
-The Company and Co reserves the rights to cancel or reschedule the Participant’s booking at any time before the start of the Session. In such event, the Company and Co will refund the fees paid for that Session by means of a voucher for the next Session.
-The Participant can cancel a Session up to 24h prior the booked Session by giving a notice to The Company and Co via WhatsApp or by phone at the hereunder mentioned contact details. The Participant will get a refund by means of voucher for next Session.
-The Participant who cancels a Session less than 24h prior to, or no-show at, a booked Session will have no right to claim any refund of compensation or any kind.
-All type of refunds provided by the Company and Co are by means of voucher and in no way the Company and Co shall refund in cash or by any other similar means. Vouchers can be used as payment, or part payment, for a future booking.
Health and Safety
-Participant must inform the Company and Co of any medical condition or injuries that he may have before the start of the Activities.
-The sole responsibility for the Participant safety and health remains with the latter.
Jurisdiction
-Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Terms shall be governed by the Qatari Law and shall be finally settled before the courts of the State of Qatar.
Miscellaneous
-Participant shall bring his own towels, sun protection and personal needs. The Company and Co will not provide such items.
- These Terms, together with the Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Indemnity Agreement, Private and Cookies Policy constitute an entire agreement between Participant and the Company and Co.
-No variation or addition to the Terms shall be binding unless agreed in writing by the Company and Co.
By making payment of the Company and Co’s fees and attending the Session, Participant is deemed to have accepted these Term
